Diamond Healthcare Group is currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter with proven track record to join our team. The Healthcare recruiter will be responsible for executing all phases of recruitment activities to hire healthcare professionals to meet our clients' needs. This includes candidate sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, orientation and handling the administrative process to fill long-term and per diem openings.
Responsibilities
Healthcare Recruiter’s main duties include identification and sourcing healthcare professionals through multiple search methods including but not limited to outbound phone calls, computer data base searches, referrals and networking. You will qualify candidates to meet company standards, JCAHO and facility requirements, including proper work experience, appropriate skills, positive references and valid licensure documentation.
- Match qualified candidates to appropriate contract opportunities according to both healthcare professional and facility needs/qualifications.
- Responsible for negotiation of contract requirements of the healthcare professional, ensuring compliance with company guidelines with respect to revenue and profitability thresholds.
- Maintain and retain healthcare professionals through weekly quality control calls and career path communication to ensure continued satisfaction and employment.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and healthcare professionals via timely communication and conflict resolution using various resources and departmental support.
- Comply with expected business growth of both individual and company goals ensuring minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly and monthly as set forth by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience is required.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet recruiting
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
- Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of healthcare recruiting experience required.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and terminology a plus. Must have proven track record working as a healthcare recruiter.
- Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members.
- Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.
- Must show attention to detail.
