Diamond Healthcare Group is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)s with Hospice experience to care for our hospice patients in a facility.
 
Qualifications:
1 year of hospice experience (required)
2 years of verifiable CNA experience (required)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from the state of Illinois  or completion of required curriculum in accordance with Federal/State regulations
Completion of an approved nurse aide training program and state competency examination
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR (AHA)
