Diamond Healthcare Group is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide with Home Health Care and Hospice experience to care for our hospice patients in the comfort of the patients’ home and facilities.  The Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) will provide personal care for patients.
 
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) completion of required curriculum in accordance with Federal/State regulations
Completion of an approved nurse aide training program and state competency examination
High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant 
• Certified HHA (Required)
• 2 years Home Healthcare experience (Required)
• Hospice experience (Required)
• BLS
• An active and unrestricted driver's license
• Proof of automobile liability insurance per organizational requirements
• Dependable transportation in order to travel to and from patient's homes
