Registered Nurse (RN) home care Supervisor - 40 / hr
Cary, NCDiamond Health Care Group is hiring RN / In-home care Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience. This is a part-time position to include, conducting assessments, creating plan of care and supervisory visits
Duties and responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervising in-home aides by making supervisory visits to client’s place of residence
- Conducting In-Home Aides skills assessments during employee orientations
- Conducting initial assessments and ongoing reassessments for clients receiving home care services
- Creating and maintaining client’s Plan of Care while staying in compliance with home
- care regulations
- Providing skilled nursing visits as needed
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification required
- Current driver’s license, actively covered by auto insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Clear background check and driving record
