Diamond Health Care Group Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Specialist with demonstrated success or propensity for healthcare business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsible for solidifying Diamond Health Care Group presence in the local market place through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. Strategize with teammates and manager to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development Specialist will grow his/her own client base by marketing Diamond Health Care Group services for temporary, contract and/or full-time medical staffing solutions.
Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Proven track record in Health care business development
This is a full time position, some overtime required.
Must be flexible, computer literate, have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to multi task-work in a fast pace environment.
Must have high energy levels, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, problem solve, and make decisions quickly.
Must be able to work as a team member or independently.
